Tysan Building Construction Company Limited (Tysan) is pleased to announce that we have been awarded the above contract from Hongville Limited for the landscape works. The old Hutchison House at Central District of Hong Kong Island is re-developed into the new Cheung Kong Center II (CK2) skyscraper and is currently on-going and target to be completed by Q3 2023. CK2 will sure becomes the new landmark in the CBD of Hong Kong.
Tysan is grateful to have the opportunity to participate in this prestigious project by taking up the hard landscape works for the re-development.
Our contract work scope involves the architectural feature works at ground floor and 26/F Sky Garden and Roof that include aluminum feature wall and ceiling, granite stone finish, granite stone made flag pole feature, vertical green wall and green roof system, water feature system and associated landscape lighting.
We will work closely with the Construction Manager to achieve the successful completion of this landmark project.
