The Works consists of the renovation of the external façade and internal areas of the R.C. Lee Hall, Lee Hysan Hall and Wei Lun Hall. The Work particular covers the window and external façade inspection under the MWIS and MBIS scheme. The internal areas work include refurbishment of all finishing and doors and especially on upgrading of bathroom and plumbing and drainage system. The Fire Services system is also upgraded and linked up with up-to date communication system.
