This project involved the construction of six 3-storey detached houses on reinforced raft footings. Extensive external and landscape work included a swimming pool, hard landscaping, external paving, vehicular access and stairs.

The project consisted of structural, architectural and E&M Works. and the construction floor area is about 21,500 ft2
