This project involved the construction of a two-storey vertical extension on top of a four-storey primary school together with a six-storey lift shaft including an underground water tank.

As the duration of the construction spanned across the teaching period, this increased the difficulty of the Works. In order to minimize noise nuisance and disturbance generated during the construction process, specific working schemes were applied to suit the school calendar.
