The project involved the construction of three 38-storey residential towers above a 2-storey podium comprising a luxury clubhouse for residents with swimming pool, spa, gymnasium, theatre and car parking spaces, together with artificial rock and landscape features. It also involved the provision of extensive building services systems including electrical and security systems, mechanical ventilation and air conditioning systems, plumbing and drainage systems, fire services systems, service lifts with provisions to the disabled and swimming pool filtration plant.
In addition, two precast concrete link bridges with pier and bore pile foundations were constructed under a Design and Build arrangement with the Client, spanning across Sha Tsui Road and Kwan Mun Hau Street. These prestressed reinforced concrete bridges were constructed above the main transportation road of Tsuen Wan successfully with extensive traffic diversion arrangements. Works also included the widening of Kwan Mun Hau Street and the construction of a new road named New Tsuen Wah Street. The construction floor area is about 550,000 ft2. The completion of the New Haven set a new standard of deluxe residence in Tsuen Wan.
