This project involved the construction of a 10-storey residential block sitting on a 3-storey podium that houses the bank office and bank hall. The project also involved the provision of extensive building services systems including electrical systems, mechanical ventilation and air conditioning systems, plumbing and drainage systems, fire services systems and lift installation.

The project consisted of structural, architectural and E&M Works.
