This project involved the construction of a 31-storey tower supported on a 6-storey podium consisting of a carpark, podium garden and indoor heated swimming pool.

  - Tower finished with tiles and window wall at the front elevation. The podium is cladded with granite, GRC panel and aluminium claddings

  - The construction floor area is around 117,000 ft2
