The reprovision works for this project involved the construction of a two-storey building sitting next to the MTR Tsuen Wan West Tunnel which required tunnel settlement monitoring and extreme care in carrying out the sub-structural works. Existing live and abandoned utilities on site imposed huge difficulties in the work progress
