This project involved the construction of a two-storey basement structure in advance of the superstructure construction.
The site coverage was 98m (length) by 80m (width) and the profile was complicated due to the 15m level difference and the need to build over an open culvert that is in use. Special care was taken during the construction of the cantilever structure to ensure uninterrupted functioning of the existing open culvert. Even with these challenges, the project was completed in just 7.5 months.
