Works included checking of defects on the external walls, making good and rectifying the defects, and applying a new painting system to the whole external wall. Existing sealant for windows were replaced as well as louvres and the external wall. Carried out water test to all windows. Designed and constructed three signboards and associated electrical and fire services works, including all Building Department submissions.
