Tysan Building Construction Company Limited is pleased to announce that our sister company, Tysan Engineering (HK) Company Limited, (TEC), has been awarded the contract, valued at around HK$15.5m, for Electrical Installations at the 20-storey Residential Development at 93-95A Waterloo Road, Kowloon.
Located close to the upmarket Kadoorie Hill area, the project will cover 53 flats, a clubhouse and a two-storey carpark and the Electrical Installations will consist of Main and Sub-main power distribution, genset and lighting provisions. Specialist Electrical Works will also involve the installation of an ELV system which comprises of CCTV, Security, CABD, SMATV, BS Surveillance System, Emergency Call Bells, Intercom and Wireless LAN.
The Works will commence in Q2 2020 and are due for completion in Q1 2022.
