The project gave the Hui Oi Chow (HOC) Building a new facelift and provided upgraded teaching laboratories and studios for the Faculty of Engineering.
The reorganisation of space and renovation works on LG/F and G/F consisted of providing a Reception, Conference Room, Assembly Area, Workshop, Laser Cutting Room, Gallery, Multi-purpose Room, Corridor, Studio, Special Project Rooms, Laboratories, Control Room, Sound Proof Room, Meeting Rooms, Lavatories, Foyer, Entrance, and plant rooms.
