This project involved the construction of two deluxe three-storey houses, sitting on the top of a common basement carpark floor with shared facilities including sewage treatment. Works included foundation, ELS, structural works and fitting out works. The houses will have an unobstructed view of the beach and the distant Lantau Island.

Each house is cladded with stone panels or curtain wall and has a swimming pool in a private courtyard.

This project achieved BEAM Plus accreditation status.
