One & Two Harbourfront Extension

This project involved Electrical & MVAC and Smoke extraction installations for the five-storey office tower extension and 10-storey hotel tower extension for 330 guestrooms at Harbourfront One & Two Extension.

Electrical

  - Coordination of CLP for existing transfomers upgrade

  - Modification and upgrading the existing LV Switchboards

  - New LV switchboard for the extension floors and connect and integration with the modified switchboards

  - Main and sub-main electrical distribution with busbar chamber, MCCB Panel c/w prefabricated branch cable and busduct system

  - Extension of the existing low voltage system and extra low voltage system to the extension

  - New diesel Generator for essential and non-essential loads of the extension floors

  - Floor trunking system to the new office area spare

  - Watchman tour, security and access control, CCTV, public address, walkie talkie, broadband, PABX and digital signage systems for the hotel extension

  - Room control units for integrated control of lighting, air conditioning and curtain movements, in new guestrooms

MVAC

  - Chilled water supply system consists of 2 sets of water cooled chiller units with related water cooling towers, water circulating pumps and related pipework, valves and associated control system

  - Air handling units and primary air handling units with variable air volume (VAV) boxes for the new office floors

  - Primary air handling units with fan coil units in the new hotel guest rooms and other hotel areas

  - Building Monitoring System

  - Dynamic smoke extraction system including smoke extraction fans, make-up air fans, fire and smoke dampers, smoke extraction/make-up air duct, insulation and control system
