This project involved carrying out renovation works for the conversion the existing SPACE teaching centre into new SPACE office.

The renovation works included the supply and installation of new wall partitions, finishes to floors, ceilings and wall surfaces, doors and ironmongeries, custom-made furniture and fixtures such as workstations and filing cabinets. It also involved the provision of associated building services installations including electrical system, mechanical ventilation and air-conditioning system, telephone/ computer system, AV system and security system.
