Works included the construction of a link-bridge connecting the existing Meng Wah Complex and Runme Shaw Building, both buildings were operational throughout the construction period.
Specialist Works included piling, excavation and lateral support (ELS), pile cap and superstructure works, structural steel works, curtain wall works, external and internal aluminium cladding works, metal roofing, windows works, demolition works, tree felling and compensatory planting.
