This project involved the construction of a 29-storey tower supported on a 6-storey podium resting on an elevated pile cap. The tower was finished with tiles and window walls at the front elevation. The podium was cladded with granite and aluminium panels. The E&M works were carried out by Tysan Engineering (H.K.) Company Limited. The total construction floor area is around 86,500 ft2.
