Tysan Building Construction Company Limited (Tysan) is pleased to announce that our sister company, Tysan Engineering (HK) Company Limited, (TEC), has been awarded a new contract by the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department of the Hong Kong Government for the Maintenance of E&M Facilities at the Lei Yue Mun Community Isolation Facility. Valued at HK$635,000, this is a six-month contract which started in September 2020. The Works will involve fault attendance and corrective maintenance works, the supply and installation of water pumps, the provision of emergency call services, annual inspection of FS equipment and the issuance of FS251 for FS equipment at the site.
