As the site falls within the Drainage Tunnel Protection Zone of the Hong Kong West Drainage Tunnel, close monitoring of ground parameter during foundation works is required.

The scope of works includes socketed H-pile, sheet piling, ELS and pile cap construction for luxury house development.
