Tysan Building Construction Company Limited is pleased to announce that we have been awarded the contract by City University of Hong Kong for Fitting Out Works of Wet Laboratories in the Blue Zone of Yeung Kin Man Academic Building.
The contract, valued around HK$16M, will involve converting existing classrooms into wet laboratories including the provision and installation of laboratory furniture and finishings as well as the conversion of AHU rooms with new equipment. Our sister company, Tysan Engineering (HK) Co. Ltd., will be the sub-contractor taking up the Electrical and MVAC installation works for this project.
Works will commence in Q1 2021 and are due for completion in Q3 2021.
