Works on the Hui Oi Chow Science Building for the Faculty of Engineering included:

   - Installation of lighting control system for Culture Laboratory

   - CCTV and card access control system for Culture Laboratory

   - AV system for Digital learning Lab & Wet Laboratory

   - AC system installation for specified flow rate

   - Installation of plumbing and drainage routing for Wet Laboratory and Wood & Metal Workshop

Addition & Alteration Works involved in this project include:

   - Demolition of existing canopy

   - Cladding and Quality Supervision Plan of RSE and RC for Heat Soak Process
