This project involved the renovation of a 21-storey commercial and residential building into a service apartment building.
The project was on a Design and Build concept and only the conceptual design was available at the tender stages. Through co-operation with the Client and the Architect, the works were completed in about seven months, including submissions to Government Departments. The M&E installation work was carried out by Tysan Engineering (HK) Company Limited on a Design and Build package. The construction floor area is approximately 48,500 ft2.
