˙This signature project scheme (SPS) is an initative announced in the 2013 Policy Address. The Yuen Long District Council has endorsed the project namely "Construction of a Yuen Long District Community Services Building" to be taken forward under SPS. It aims to provide a convenient multi-purpose venue for diversified community services and activities for Yuen Long residents.
˙This project comprises an Eight-storey building with approximate total construction floor area at 3,900m². A large activity room with stage for performance, ceremonies, seminars, workshops and exhibitions will be located on first to second floor. There are 22 multi-purpose rooms with approximate 30m² to 100m² per room for band practice, dancing, audio visual production and conferences etc. on second to seventh floor. There is an approximate 160m² rooftop farming at Building Main Roof for community planting and green education etc. Services targets are those youth, ethnic minorities, new arrivals, elderly and parents within Yuen Long District.

This project involves the construction of a 31-storey tower supported on a 6-storey podium consists of carpark, podium garden and indoor heated swimming pool.
The tower is finished with tiles and window wall at the front elevation. The podium is cladded with granite, GRC panel and aluminium claddings.
The construction floor area is around 117,000 ft2. The contract sum is HK$125 Million.
The project was completed in October 2007.

This project involves construction of One 7 â€“ storey secondary school with a covered Multi-Purpose Playground on 5/F.
Works also include building services system, including electrical, fire services and air conditioning systems, plumbing and drainage system and to provide a service lifts to the disabled.
In addition, alteration & addition works to existing secondary school building and application of waterproof and repainting of external wall affected.
The construction floor area is around 50,000 ft2 and contract sum is around HK$29 Million. The project was completed in June 2005.

Location: Wyndham Street, Central, Hong Kong
This project is to build a 30-storey building, composing a 4-storey podium, a 24-storey hotel tower with two semi-basement floors.
The site is located in a busy commercial district at Central and in close proximity to near-by properties. It also encroaches upon a slope with the higher terrain at Wyndham Street and the lower terrain at Dâ€™ Aguilar Street. These increase the difficulty of the transportation of materials/ machines from/ to the site. Detailed planning is of vital importance for the success of the project.
The construction floor area is about 12,800 ft2 and the contract sum is about HK$ 136 million. This project was completed in 2004.

The project involved the construction of three 38-storey residential towers above a 2-storey podium comprising a luxury clubhouse for residents with swimming pool,
spa, gymnasium, theatre and car parking spaces, together with artificial rock and landscape features. It also involved the provision of extensive building services
systems including electrical and security systems, mechanical ventilation and air conditioning systems, plumbing and drainage systems,
fire services systems, service lifts with provisions to the disabled and swimming pool filtration plant.
In addition, two precast concrete link bridges with pier and bore pile foundation were constructed under a â€œDesign and Buildâ€ arrangement with the Client, spanning across Sha Tsui Road and Kwan Mun Hau Street. These prestressed reinforced concrete bridges were constructed above the main transportation road of Tsuen Wan successfully with extensive traffic diversion arrangements. Works also include the widening for Kwan Mun Hau Street and construct a new road named New Tsuen Wah Street. The construction floor area is about 550,000 ft2 and the contract sum is HK$ 500 million. The completion of the New Havens set a new standard of deluxe residence in Tsuen Wan.

plumbing and drainage systems, fire services systems and lift installation.
The project consists of structural, architectural and E&M work. The contract sum is HK$32,550,000 and the project was completed in August 2002.
