The works include the checking of defects of external wall, make good and rectify the defects, apply new painting system to the whole external wall. Replace existing sealant for windows, louvres and external wall EJ. Carry out water test to all windows. Design and construct 3 nos. of signboard and associated electrical and fire services works, include all BD submission.

Location: No. 38-46 Nassau Street, Mei Foo Sun Chuen, Kowloon
This project involves the conversion of Secondary School to Teaching Centre for HKU-SPACE,
Kowloon West Campus (Former Tak Yan School). It comprises a 4-storeys interior renovation with a floor area of 40,000sq. ft,
there are 13 classrooms accommodating class sizes from 45 to 103 students, a computer laboratory, an enrolment centre.
The new centre will also be a major anchor for Chinese medicine services with comprehensive facilities including a Chinese medicine clinic and pharmacy, a Chinese medicine specimen laboratory and Chinese medicine resources for the general public.
Moreover, the building faÃ§ade has also been renovated by replacement of existing wall finishes by new mosaic tiles in order to give a new and modern image in this old district.
Renovation work for both interior and exterior were carrying out simultaneously and thus to keep the announced schedule for grand opening of the new learning centre in the end of year 2007.
The contract sum is about HK$29Million. The project was completed in November 2007.

This project involves renovation and improvement to the existing Aberdeen Market, works also include renovation of
architectural works and alteration and addition of ventilation, electrical and fire services, plumbing and drainage
installation and addition of a water scrubber system together with associated plant room on roof.
The contract sum is HK$23 Million. The project was completed in February 2006.

In celebration of the 40th anniversary of the first multi-purpose culture centre, Hong Kong City Hall, in 2002,
various renovation works have been carried out on this prestigious venue to fortify its unique place as the seat
of culture and the arts for the our community to enjoy many years to follow.
Tysan Building Construction Company Limited acts as the Main Contactor to design, supply and install curtain wall faÃ§ade at City Hall, Low Block. The new window wall not only gives a delicate appearance, but also provides a panoramic view of Victoria Harbour for the New Exhibition Hall.
The contract sum is HK$3 Million. The project was completed in 2005.

This project involves the renovation of a 21-storey commercial and residential building into a service apartment building.
The old faÃ§ade is of window and mosaic tile. The new window wall and white tile give a new outlook to the building and also
make the new building stand out from the surroundings.
The project is on a design and build concept and only conceptual design is available at the tender stages. Through the co-operation with the Client and the Architect, the work is completed in about seven monthsâ€™ time, including the submission to the Government Departments. The M&E installation work was carried out by Tysan Engineering (H.K.) Company Limited on a design and build package.
The construction floor area is 48,500 ft2 and the contract sum is HK$39 million. The project was completed in 2001.
